If you go this route, ensure that each software solution offers an API (application programming interface) that allows the tools to talk to one another without difficulty. Without an API, you might need to manipulate your data before importing it into another tool, which can be cumbersome and frustrating. Most tools offer integration with a 3rd-party application called Zapier, allowing communication with hundreds of other software tools. Before you choose your event management tools, check that they integrate with your software, or at a minimum, can connect via Zapier. We will talk more about Zapier later in the article. You’re already pulled in many different directions; you don’t need more frustration added to the mix.
