Syncwords leverages live interpreters and AI to create professional captions, subtitles and translations for live and pre-recorded content. 

How Syncwords works with Webex Events:

• Reach out to Syncwords at least 4 weeks before your event and provide the following information: Start date of your event, number of sessions for which you need captions, the language the presenter(s) will be speaking, the language(s) captions should be translated into, and the Web App URL for your event. 
• Set up your Closed Captions integration for each session or Live Stream feature requiring closed captions. You’ll select “Syncwords” as the Closed Captions Provider and embed the Widget Code. 
• Provide a speaker link for each session you need captions for so Syncwords captioners can hear the stream with as little delay as possible.  
• Read the help documentation for more details!
