How the Webex Events Zap works:

  • Reach out to your Webex Events Customer Success Manager to access the Socio private Zap (additional fee required).
  • Sign up for a Zapier account.
  • Find the app you want to integrate with Webex Events.
  • Here are a few things you can do with the Zap:
    • Create or Update Attendee: Creates an attendee in an event. If the attendee already exists, it updates the attendee record. 
    • Create Attendee: Creates a new event attendee. 
    • Update Attendee: Updates an existing event attendee through their Socio ID. 
    • Remove Attendee: Remove/block attendee from an event. 
    • Create Session: Create a new session in a selected agenda component. 
    • Update Session: Update an existing session in a selected agenda component. 
    • Create Item: Create a new item in a selected list (speaker, sponsors, etc.)
    • Update Item: Update an existing item in a selected list.
