How it works

UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) tracking is a method of appending five snippets of code to the end of a URL to track how visitors are accessing your Webex Events Registration page or Lead Retrieval Exhibitor Purchase Form. UTM parameters are unique values assigned to each parameter based on the web page, email, ad banner, or other element that you want to track. Enabling UTM parameters lets the Webex Events Platform store UTM values and provide you with valuable data to measure the success of your marketing efforts and prove event ROI.
