You have the flexibility to adjust the settings for each feature, allowing users to rate items, display average ratings, write reviews, and provide anonymous feedback. Attendees will be prompted to share their thoughts through a pop-up after specific actions like joining sessions, posting on the wall, rating sessions or speakers, marking favorites, answering polls, completing game challenges, or participating in chat conversations.
Moreover, Webex Events seamlessly integrates with third-party surveys. If the survey is embeddable, web experience users can conveniently complete the survey directly within the Event App, eliminating the need for a new browser tab.
