How it works

Easily customize your registration page within the Webex Events platform. Our user-friendly interface will have you creating branded registration pages in just minutes! 

After filling in the registration basis like event details and organizer information, admins can update the Registration Page appearance. Updates appear in the live preview while building out your registration page for easy viewing. 

Choose the registration theme color by using the color picker or inputting a Hex or RGB code. 

Enable dark mode if preferred. 

Next, upload a logo and cover image that will be displayed on the registration page.  

Once the registration page is published, admins can customize the section, button, and label text to fit their needs.

Supported image types for logos are JPEG, JPG, or PNG 

  • Logo minimum: 100px by 100px 
  • Logo recommended: 500px by 500px  
  • Logo maximum: 1000px by 1000px 

Supported image types for cover images are JPEG, JPG, or PNG 

  • Cover image minimum: 100px by 100px  
  • Cover image recommended: 500px by 500px  
  • Cover image maximum: 1000px by 1000px 

Remember that the logo needs to be 1:1 ratio, and the Cover Image needs to be 2:1 ratio. 

  • About Section – Changes the labels of the About tab, and the About section heading on the main registration page. 
  • Tickets Section – Changes the labels of the Tickets tab, and the Tickets section heading on the main registration page. 
  • Free Ticket Description – Changes the label in the registration form and the Order Confirmation page and email. 
  • Location Section – Changes the labels of the Location tab, and the Location section heading on the main registration page. 
  • Organizer Section – Changes the labels of the Organizer tab, and the Organizer section heading on the main registration page. 
  • Get Ticket Button Starts In – The Get Ticket button label that appears with a countdown to the first ticket becoming available. 
  • Get Ticket Button – The button label when tickets are available for purchase. 
  • Get Ticket Button Closed – The Get Ticket button label when tickets are no longer available. 

Admins have the ability to update the Display URL to fit the needs of their registration page. Every registration page hosted by Webex Events begins with “https://registration.socio.events/e/” what comes after is up to you!
