Dad to an enormous Alaskan Malamute!Share This Watch a DemoAfter nine weeks of fierce competition and innovation, team CraftMasters took home the grand prize at Socio’s EventHack Hybrid Games.The champs, featuring Caryn Mambro and Alec Catalano of Opus Agency, Darcy Gabriele of Eventcore, and Karen Hartline of Home Point Financial, delivered a pun-filled, mixology-themed presentation covering a hybrid version of Tableau’s annual conference.“We’re here to mix up a delectable recipe for the perfect event, and we’re hoping to set the bar high,” Mambro joked as she kicked off the presentation.To craft the perfect mix for attendees, Gabriele shared how their presentation would focus on three key ingredients: connection, content, and control. “We’ll explore what these ingredients are and how they come together in perfect cohesion for an event that is engaging, informative, and hits key business goals,” she said.To achieve these goals, Hartline explained the format of Tableau’s hybrid event, specifically how they would bridge the gap between virtual and in-person attendees.“To ensure we have the perfect menu for all attendees, we’ve identified three key environments for the Tableau conference,” Hartline said. “The strength of each environment will inform the proper mix of our ingredients: connection, content, and control.
