Leading software review site G2 ranked Socio the No. 1 event management platform based on user satisfaction. With these latest rankings, Socio surpasses long-time industry staples, including Cvent, Bizzabo, and Eventbrite.

The prestigious ranking spotlights the event community’s embrace of Socio’s event technology platform, as G2 algorithms only factor in verified user-satisfaction ratings. Socio customers gave the end-to-end event management platform best-in-class scores for multiple G2 ratings criteria, including “Ease of Use,” “Ease of Setup,” “Meets Requirements,” and “Ease of Administration.”

Most impressive, however, is Socio’s 100% rating for both “Quality of Support” and “Ease of Doing Business,” a testament to Socio’s award-winning approach to customer service, which includes 24/7 support, an industry-leading response time, and a concierge-like Professional Services Team.

The latest rankings culminate an impressive 2020 for the event technology company, that despite the COVID pandemic, launched three new products — Virtual Event Suite, Socio Registration, and Socio Communities — and released 66 new features, such as a native streaming solution, real-time data and metrics dashboard, and session-specific engagement features.
