Claiming more than 850,000 square feet of exhibition space along the scenic Hudson River, NYC’s Javits Center is the premier event space in the Empire State.

The massive event and conference venue is conveniently located in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood and just blocks from major attractions like Hudson Yards, Times Square, and Penn Station.

The Javits Center boasts over 100 meeting rooms with adjustable walls to accommodate any event size. But our favorite features include the 45,000 square-foot, glass-enclosed River Pavilion on the top level with panoramic views of the Hudson and the 1-acre rooftop farm where they grow fresh produce for the venue’s restaurants.

Additional amenities include 3411 Garden Market, the entirely touchless Fresh and Fast Cafe, a business center, upscale restaurants, an on-site concierge, and shuttle service to major attractions and airports. 

Crowne Plaza Times Square

Located in the heart of New York’s booming Times Square district, the world-famous Crowne Plaza offers a dazzling setting for a big-city conference or event. The venue features four levels and over 25,000 square feet of meeting space, including 28 meeting rooms, and two ballrooms that accommodate up to 700 guests.

Attendees will absolutely love being able to stay overnight in the famous hotel, which includes dining options like the upscale Broadway Bar 49 and the more casual Brasserie 1605.

Washington, D.C. event venues

Nationals Park

Yes, you read that right. The Washington Nationals’ baseball stadium also doubles as an elite conference and event space. And if you’re looking to do something different, say offer batting cages, bullpen tours, and a fireworks show, round the bases to Nationals Park.

With room for up to 40,000 guests, you can literally rent out the entire ballpark and host your event on the baseball diamond, or go smaller and choose from the venue’s multiple indoor and outdoor meeting spaces.

On-site caterer Levy Restaurants offers a wide mix of food options, from gourmet ballpark fare to upscale dining.

Smithsonian American Art Museum

Centrally located downtown, the museum-turned-event-space is only steps away from DC’s best hotels, restaurants, and entertainment. 

Event managers and organizers can choose from the Robert and Arlene Kogod Courtyard, D.C.’s largest event space with a capacity of 1,200, the Luce Foundation Center for American Art, which includes more than 3,000 works of art in floor-to-ceiling glass cases, or the Nan Tucker McEvoy Auditorium, a 340-seat facility equipped with film projection capabilities, flexible lighting, a sprung stage, and a concert grand piano.

Orlando event venues

Orange County Convention Center

The massive Orange County Convention Center features 2-million-square-feet of exhibition space, 300 meeting and breakout rooms, and enough parking to accommodate 6,000 attendees.

Key amenities include free Wi-Fi throughout the center, eight food courts featuring 50 different vendors, on-site massage and concierge services, not to mention close proximity to upscale hotels, fine dining, deluxe shopping districts, and of course major destinations like Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort.

For a truly unforgettable experience in the Windy City, consider hosting your next event on the 94th floor of the John Hancock Center. Attendees will love the 360-degree views of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan. 

To really leave an impression, book exclusive attendee access to TILT, “Chicago’s Highest Thrill Ride.” Also located on the 94th floor, it’s a moving platform that literally tilts 1,030 feet over the city.

With 54 meeting rooms, five contiguous exhibit halls with 247,052 square feet of column-free space, and seven ballrooms ranging in size from small to one of the largest in Texas, The Austin Convention Center has you covered whether you’re planning a meeting for a small group or the next World’s fair.

As the nation’s only convention center designated as a World Trade Center site, the Las Vegas Convention Center frequently hosts some of the largest and most influential conferences and trade shows, like the Association of Equipment Manufacturers ConExpo-ConAgg and the Consumer Electronics Showcase (CES), the largest consumer tech show in the world.

The convention center’s millions of square feet in exhibition and meeting space, close proximity to the famed Las Vegas Strip, and thousands of available hotel rooms make the LVCC an ideal destination for large-scale trade shows and corporate events.

San Francisco event venues

The Moscone Center

The Moscone Center is the Bay Area’s largest conference and events center, offering more than 900,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Located downtown in the South of Market district, The Moscone provides on-site A/V and lighting services, as well as food and drink options from SAVOR, San Francisco’s premier large-scale catering service, for up to 10,000 attendees.

The Pearl

If you’re searching for a unique space to host events for up to 1,000 attendees, look no further than The Pearl. The multi-level venue includes the Main Floor, complete with 31-foot high ceilings and an indoor living garden; the Mezzanine that overlooks the main room and serves as a reception or breakout space; and the Rooftop, San Francisco’s top-rated rooftop bar complete with views of the Bay.

Centrally located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, the award-winning LACC serves as a premier destination for major conventions, trade shows, exhibitions, and meetings of all sizes. Hosting more than 2 million visitors and 350 annual events, the venue includes nearly a million square feet of exhibit hall and room space, including 64 column-free meeting rooms.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi throughout the entire convention center, parking for over 5,000 vehicles, a full-service business center, on-site catering (including exhibit booth service and food truck options), A/V and equipment rental, and ADA-compliant accommodations.

The LACC is a perfect venue for eco-focused events as the venue holds the US Green Building Council’s LEED Gold certification. It also offers eco-friendly dining and catering options and provides multiple on-site electric vehicle charging stations.

The Westin Bonaventure

Also located downtown, the historic venue boasts 47 event rooms, 40 breakout rooms, as well as Los Angeles’ largest capacity ballroom. The flexible space combines both indoor and outdoor options, state-of-the-art technology offerings — including professional lighting and A/V production services — full catering options, and four restaurants located onsite.

Boston Convention & Exhibition Center

Located less than 3 miles from Boston Logan International Airport, this beautiful, glass-lined convention center combines over 2.1 million square feet of meeting and exhibitor space. The BCEC’s 40,000-square foot Grand Ballroom overlooks the Boston Harbor, providing stunning vistas for event attendees. 

If you’re looking for a space with outdoor offerings, the BCEC’s Lawn on D features almost 3 acres of green space. In fact, this unique offering was the reason the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) dubbed the venue an “insanely innovative meeting space.”
