Webex Events iPad event check-in kiosks are designed to simplify the check-in process for event planners and attendees alike. Here’s how it works:
Rent the equipment: When you use Webex Events Onsite, you have the option to rent all the equipment you need from us, including the iPad check-in kiosks. We ship your rental kit to the venue three days before the event, so you have plenty of time to set up and test before the big day.
Set up the kiosks: We provide a stand that holds the iPad firmly, adjusts for different viewing angles, and can be flipped to face attendees or check-in staff on opposite sides of the check-in desk. It also collapses easily for storage and shipment. Simply set up the kiosks at your event check-in area and you’re ready to go.
Streamline check-ins: With the iPad check-in kiosks, attendees can quickly and easily check-in by scanning their QR code or searching for their name on the iPad screen. The check-in process is streamlined, reducing wait times and improving the overall attendee experience.
