Webex Events (formerly Socio) is now part of Webex & integrated with other members of the Webex product family in 2022.

However, Webex Events (formerly Socio) is still its own end-to-end platform, with a fully dedicated product team. It continues to be available to purchase separately.

Webex events is a fit for more complex events that require multiple sessions, multiple days or an in-person component. Along with supporting any type of event, the Webex events platform also covers every stage of your event, from pre-event, in event and post event.

Is Webex Events ISO, SOC, or CSA Star certified?

Yes! We are Soc 2 Type II, Soc 3 , ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS, and CSA Star Level One Certified.

Is Webex Events GDPR or CCPA compliant?

Webex Events is fully General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) compliant.

What are your prices based on?

Webex Events pricing is based on your total # of attendees, whether for one event or multiple, plus any add-on modules or professional services. Quotes will include discounts for bundling multiple add-ons or multi-year contracts.

What kind of billing terms do you offer?

While most Webex Events customers opt for one annual fee, or per-event contracts for the best pricing, we can also work out some custom options if needed.

Does Webex Events have packages or bundles?

We do! We have some pre-built packages or you can build your own. Our pricing is flexible so that you never pay for more than you need. For example, we have a package that includes Registration + Platform + Webex Events Streaming! Or you can just purchase Registration + Platform. The possibilities are (almost) endless!
