Webex events is a fit for more complex events that require multiple sessions, multiple days or an in-person component. Along with supporting any type of event, the Webex events platform also covers every stage of your event, from pre-event, in event and post event.

Webex Events is fully General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) compliant.

Webex Events pricing is based on your total # of attendees, whether for one event or multiple, plus any add-on modules or professional services. Quotes will include discounts for bundling multiple add-ons or multi-year contracts.

While most Webex Events customers opt for one annual fee, or per-event contracts for the best pricing, we can also work out some custom options if needed.

We do! We have some pre-built packages or you can build your own. Our pricing is flexible so that you never pay for more than you need. For example, we have a package that includes Registration + Platform + Webex Events Streaming! Or you can just purchase Registration + Platform. The possibilities are (almost) endless!
